(If so state the rank and your tasks):Hos I was over all staff on the server and also created all the rules for the staff to follow along with holding interview and trainings with the staff team to make the have better ideas on proper punishment. Admin I over looked the moderators and answered any questions they had along with helping them in sits when needed.

What values would you add to the team? (175 words minimum):I'm thrilled at the possibility of joining your staff team and playing a role in its success. Throughout my experience, I've seen firsthand how effective teamwork and communication can unlock a team's full potential, particularly in a Garry’s Mod server environment. Whether it's ensuring smooth operations by resolving tickets promptly, strong collaboration and clear communication are indispensable when it comes to making sure the server is running smoothly. I'm kind and treat others as I would want to be treated no matter the circumstance. I do not pick favorites in any kind of sit environment because everyone deserves to be treated equally no matter what. I also have experience being staff on multiple Garry’s Mod servers so I have multiple different kinds of staffing that I could share with the team. I also work in a customer service environment in real life so I know how people want to be treated and how to act in a professional environment. I am excited about possibly joining your staff team and plan to bring everything I know.

Why do you want to be staff? (175 words minimum):I'm passionate about making an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all players on the server. Seeing someone not having fun truly bothers me and I believe that becoming a staff member would motivate me to actively address issues and ensure that everyone has a positive experience within the server. Taking sits and resolving conflicts is something I genuinely enjoy. I find satisfaction in mediating disputes, offering assistance, and ultimately contributing to the smooth operation of the server. I also have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to upholding the server rules and values for that makes the server fun for all. As a staff member I want to be a support and guidance for all players. I want to be approachable and accessible to all players at any time. I’m ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear to whoever needs it. By being actively involved in the community I hope to make the server fun for all. Overall my desire is to be staff so I can make the server better for all.

Tell us more about yourself (150 words minimum): I'm a certified Drone pilot and fly a $33,000 drone with my classmates to get a step forward in the industry so when we go to get jobs we already have hands-on experience. I also do photography and 3d modeling with my drone. I also play the Saxophone in my high school band and just recently went to an honor band and made the second-best band you could. I also shoot archery with my high school and we are ranked #8 in the state as of this year. I have a part-time job working in a restaurant so I can get some workforce and customer service experience before I have to go to college. I also have 1500 hours plus on Garry’s Mod and 60 percent is on servers where I have been staff. Anything I’m dedicated to I will put in 100 percent effort all the time no matter what.
