I believe I can bring a great work ethic into this team. I have played lots of Military themed games on Roblox and had become a HR or HQ (Head Quarters) member in them. With all of these groups I have been able to beat the expectations that were placed on me and impress my superiors. I have always shown a great dedication towards my positions and understand right from wrong. I had always stayed atleast 5 months with each of my positions and have lasted over 2 years with a HICOM role. I also believe that I can bring in more collaboration with each other so we are all on the same page with ideas. I have always tried my hardest to make sure everyone on my team is always updated and when they want to suggest something I make sure they are heard. I am also a accountable person. If I get tasked with something I will make sure that I get it done fast, properly and in a timely manner. I am also a very honest person. If I see a rule that doesn’t make sense and shouldn’t be a rule I will bring it up. I will also suggest things so then things can get fixed if I notice it’s wrong.
Why do you want to be staff? (175 words minimum):
I want to be staff so I can start my Garrys Mod journey again. I have played this game for 3 years and have taken a massive break after losing my first account. I think that if I can become a staff member here I will be able to spark my love for this game. This community is also very welcoming and I want try and have a role within it. Every staff member I have talked to has answered any questions I have had and treated me like a human. I would love the provide the same service or do even better. This server has been one of the best I have played on a is looking for Staff so I thought there would be no better to apply then now. I also want to be able to create a safe and fair server while I’m on duty. This also will give be a chance to use my argumentative skills to descaled situations. If I am given a chance to be a staff member I guarantee I will not disappoint but impress you.

My name is Hunter. I am 15 (16 in June). I am a High School student and play varsity football. I have only played football for a few months now and have loved every second of it. I have also been playing guitar for nearly 7 years now. I have worked as a Intern at a music school that has won multiple awards. I helped students with 1 on 1 coaching and taught a few classes. I also created music sheets and trained others. It is one of my passions to make sure people understand their hobby and learn it properly. I was selected from 5 schools in my city to partake in a dual credit course with 4 other students. I am currently taking a welding course with this program. With these experiences I have learned how to explain things in different ways, demonstrate skills and learn how people of different age groups process information.
