Time on our server do "!time" in game: I currently have an 4 hours on the server but since It's a new server I don't expect this to matter as much as It would with a server that has been out for awhile.

Contributed to the development of DSP RP's backend using my GLua (Garry's Mod Lua) experience.

Contributed to the development of Molly Events (private events server) by creating plugins and managing their backend.

Moderated Flame RP for over 9 months using ULX, leaving after a change in server ownership.
How much time could you spend on the server in an average week?:
I can contribute between 42 and 52 hours, which is roughly an average of 6 hours a day.
What values would you add to the team? (175 words minimum):
1. Tech Savvy: I'm pretty good with tech and might be able to help with any server issues that might pop up. Plus, I'm always down to learn new stuff.
2. Seasoned Mod: I've racked up over 9 months of experience moderating a Garry's Mod server with a staff team of three others. We used ULX, and I'm comfortable with moderation using ULX.
3. Dedicated: I believe in following all the staff rules and giving my 110% to every role I take on. What really motivates me is being part of a team that builds a welcoming for everyone on Xerus Network.
4. Active: I understand the importance of being available and ready at all times whether it's in game or through discord, you can count on me to be there and address any problems quickly.
I'm confident in my skills and passion and I think I would make a valuable member in your team.

Why do you want to be staff? (175 words minimum):
For a few reasons, I'm applying to be a staff member on Xerus Network:
1. Level Up My Mod Skills: As an avid player of Garry's Mod, I'm keen to expand my knowledge of server moderation. I'm a quick learner, and I think working at Xerus would be a great way for me to develop my abilities and add to the community.
2. Expand With Xerus: There's nothing like seeing a little server thrive. I'm ready to support Xerus Network's expansion and be a part of its adventure. I would be able to pick up useful skills and learn alongside the server thanks to this opportunity.
3. Devoted and Accessible: I have faith in my ability to manage staff member duties. I can consistently commit 5–6 hours a day, between 9 AM and 1-2 PM, to making sure that every player on the Xerus Network has a great experince.
I'm sure that my passion, dedication, and openness to learning would make me an invaluable member of the Xerus Network team. I can't wait to get started on a community-oriented server and help it succeed in the future.

Hello!
My name is Braiden, but I'm known online as PinguLovesYou, or PinguLovesU. I am a 15 year old American with a passion for programming and gaming. When I'm not hammering away at code, you'll find me playing GMod, Rust, or Battlebit.
I can code in three coding languages Python, Lua, and C#.
But C# is my favorite because, it allows for game creation inside Unity Engine and Unreal Engine. Now, you might think this is odd, but my online persona is based on Pingu, a claymation penguin from the 1990s to the 2000s.
Later on, my dream is to be in a game developer position at a game studio like Facepunch or Valve, working on something epic like Counter Strike, Rust, or GMod. I know, it's a long shot, in the meantime. I'd love to contribute to a server I enjoy and like, just to hopefully help a small server. So, if you ever see me online, don't be afraid to talk. We can talk about code, games, or maybe even the questionable choices of a claymation penguin (possibly one named Pingu?).
