Yes and I even read it a second time to make sure I didn't leave anything out.

No but hopefully this can be my first time where I can learn the ropes and become a great staff member

How much time could you spend on the server in an average week?:

I have three hours on the server and I am going to plan on going on the server at least 20-30 hours a week

What values would you add to the team? (175 words minimum):

I have worked in many team-based activities and always came to be the leader role or someone who can get a situation under control. I have a high tolerance for annoyance and get the work done in any situation. I also worked on solo activities so I know how to work alone and to not get overloaded if things get tough. I am usually up late at night so that means I can be there when no one else is up to help the situation at hand and I always respond fast to all messages so you can always expect me there when you need someone the most. some other stuff I bring to the table are commitment loyalty and all-around good vibes. even when I am not supposed to be on and helping I'll get on and help my fellow team members in need no matter what and I will always try my all-around best to get things done in an orderly fashion

Why do you want to be staff? (175 words minimum):

I want to be a staff member because I will get to help out this amazing server that I have enjoyed playing on so far, and after seeing griefers using the server as their "playground" around 10 pm-2 am PST. I would love to be up around that time to keep a close watch on the server while others get the well-deserved rests they need and to even help out the server at earlier times if they need extra hands on deck. For the first time being on that server I saw how overwhelming it got for the staff members that were on during the time i was on with the amount of disrespect they got from the griefers, but after the talk with one of the staff members I came to an understanding on how banning Griefers will not solve the long-term problem and will only fuel the flames. The other reason why I would love to be a staff member, Is to help others with their issues, and in a way, it can also help me with my problem-solving skills and my interaction skills with others. I just hope I will make a great fit for this staff team or in this community.

Hello, my name is S4IN (Sain) but you can also call me Angel it's mostly up to you. I am 17 years old and I am about to graduate in a couple of months. Once I graduate I will be going to college to study film. One of my big dreams is to be known by people (it doesn't have to be a lot of people just known to a community of some sort). one thing I love to do in my free time is to draw on my sketch pad. I usually love to draw with a pencil, but if I have time I'll paint with watercolors on a canvas. One of my hobbies that I am really into at the moment is playing guitar and drums. I really love to play what I have learned on my guitar to people that I play games with so they can hear how much better I have gotten since the last time they heard me play. I also can do voice impressions which I love to do for comedy or to make others laugh
