Do you have past experience of being Staff? (If so state the rank and your tasks): I've been moderator on a few small casual servers which just entailed taking sits and dealing with any players breaking rules. Most of my experience is as a developer and server owner. I have between 700-800 hours of setting up servers and working with lua addons but that doesn't mean I don't have plenty of experience in administrator/staff tasks from my time running servers.

How much time could you spend on the server in an average week?: Average 10-20 hours depending on work as I'm a system administrator so my hours are unpredictable.

What values would you add to the team? (175 words minimum): With over a 7 years worth of immersion in Garry's Mod, my expertise flourishes, tallying over 1000 hours of gameplay since embarking on this journey at the age of 12. My involvement extends beyond mere play; I've held administrative roles in three servers, two of which boasted thriving communities, sustaining an impressive average of 50+ concurrent players and over 100 daily visitors. My proficiency in roleplay mechanics is evident, adeptly navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and mediating disputes among participants.

After a hiatus from Garry's Mod, I've returned with renewed enthusiasm and a desire to contribute to the vibrant community that thrives within this virtual realm.

My intention extends beyond personal enjoyment; I am eager to share my knowledge and insights with fellow community members, particularly those who are new or less experienced. I envision myself as a mentor, guiding players on their journey through Xerus Networks, imparting tips, tricks, and strategies garnered from my own experiences. Moreover, I am equipped to assist less experienced staff members, offering support in setting up binds, navigating useful commands, and leveraging tools like SAM, drawing from my ample familiarity and proficiency with these resources. Tell us more about yourself (150 words minimum): Residing in the picturesque landscapes of New Zealand, I embarked on a journey of professional growth early in life, diving headfirst into the realm of full-time employment immediately after completing my schooling at the age of 16. Over the past six years, I've honed my skills in software development, specializing in web and C++ programming languages, a journey marked by continuous learning and innovation.

Recently, I transitioned into a new role as an Intern System Administrator, drawn by my extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, particularly in managing both Linux and Windows systems. This opportunity allows me to leverage my technical acumen to contribute meaningfully to the realm of system administration while further expanding my knowledge and skill set.
