Use common sense
Do not take sides just because “you know the person”
Do not be biased towards specific users for any reason, handle the sit as if you don’t know who they are
Do not lash out, or swear at players while taking a sit
Don’t be afraid to gag players in sits if they are talking too much or being a nuisance and not letting you or the other user talk
Carry yourself professionally while on and off duty, people will recognize you as staff
Use your best judgments for punishments
Take your time during sits, better to be sure of a punishment than to false warn, kick, etc.
Be patient with the players, let them tell their story on the event
If you are unsure about something, don’t hesitate to ask another staff member or higher ups. They are there for a reason.
DO NOT take your own sits if you were reported by a player. Let another staff member deal with it and as noted above, don’t be biased because they are staff
Staff members should read the rules between the general rules to each class rules to get an understanding of what is right and wrong
Do not be discouraged to always ask for help from another staff member or ask for second opinions
Recognize the difference between honest mistakes and malicious players
Be mature during sits, do not let your emotions get the best of you. Use gag/jail etc. If players are harassing or being a nuisance during a sit
DO NOT ABUSE YOUR POWERS
If you plan on leaving staff on duty do not take any knowledge from previous sits into RP relations (EX: Base layout, Entity, How many fading doors, etc.)
DO NOT use spectate for your own advantage, if you are spectating a player for any reason, do not take any RP related context for your own gain.
Take sits into admin areas or away from other players. You can use the “r” (reload button) while carrying someone to take them into a sit related area or use !sit (player name)
Do not use commands while off duty. (Noclip, TP, etc.)
If a malicious player is seen, you do not have to be on duty to deal with it. Feel free to noclip them away, jail, gag, etc. while off duty for emergency purposes.
When giving punishments, be thorough of the reasoning and include them within the kick, ban, warns.
Toxicity will not be tolerated between staff members, if you have issues with each other deal with it as adults or message the higher ups and they will deal with the issue
Staff Punishments
Punishments placed on you while a staff member will be kept and reviewed.
Continuous punishments (depending on severity) will result in strikes leading to demotion
DO NOT PUNISH OTHER STAFF MEMBERS
If a punishment is supposed to be made, ask the higher ups (Admin, Staff Manager)

Always use common sense and your best judgment for punishments, this is just a guideline. You decide on what the punishment should be as a staff member depending on the severity of what has been done. Always ask higher ups if not sure. DO NOT warn multiple times for different reasons. Use one warning with the reasons listed.
Threats toward the server -Perm
Hacking - Perm
Attempting to crash the server - Perm
Mass RDM/RDA - 2 weeks
Minge - 1 week ban
RDM/RDA/NLR # - Verbal Warn, warn, warn & kick, 1 Day Ban, 3,day Ban, 1 Week Ban (Based on how many times it has been done, NOT amount of players killed)
LTAP (Leaving to avoid punishment) 1 Day Ban or if returning back 10 minute jail
Prop Block - Warn, Kick, 1 Day Ban, 3 Day Ban
Harassment towards Players - Warn, Warn & Gag, Kick, 3 Day Ban .
Not follow MOTD Rules - Verbal warn, warn & 5 minute Jail, 10 minute jail, Kick
Prop Climb - Verbal warn, warn, kick, 1 Day Ban
FDA (Fading Door Abuse) - Verbal warn, Warn, Warn & Kick, 10 minute Jail
Fail Base - Verbal (let them fix it), Warn, Warn & Kick
For any general rule breaking like listed above (Prop Climb, FDA, Fail Base) Use those order of punishments or what you think is the correct punishment to be dealt.
