How much time could you spend on the server in an average week?: 3-4 hrs a day so 15-20 a week.
What values would you add to the team? (175 words minimum): I believe one of the hardest things to be in any situation, is unbiased. When I was staffing on both servers, I saw how easy it was for power to get to people. I saw friendships suffer, people who were friends for many years, stop talking to one another over petty arguments, miscommunitcations, etc. I'd like to add another member of staff who cares about the community and other members of staff. I'd like to offer a friend and maybe even perhaps a guide to people who want to eventually become staff, themselves. I'd like to offer another ear and perspective on how situations can be handled and approached--along with more transparency between staff and players. Over the years, I've figured out to keep a returning playerbase is to just be present. This includes keeping an eye on those who minge, being active to help those with questions, and answer to those who need answered to. I can add someone who listens more than they talk and can offer fair and just punishments for those who decide the rules don't apply to them.
Why do you want to be staff? (175 words minimum): I'd like to be a member of the team for a few reasons, honestly. I find the server itself super addicting to the degree of how much I play per day. I see a lot of people coming in and minging to a hyper-degree after 3-4AM CST. As of writing this application, I've been RDM'd twice and randomly arrested twice. With my hours at work, I'm allowed time to be on, pretty much till 5:30AM CST every morning. I think the server is in desperate need of staff who are on and active around those times and I'd love to accommodate. I'd like to be staff so I can police the server when I'm on and needed. I want to do right with a community who does right by it's players. I love to see retuning veterans of Gmod come back and have full support of the staff team at all hours. Of course, new players need the same support, and I'd love to give everyone the same treatement--old and new players. I remember gmod 9, having joined my first DarkRP server and being taken care of by the wonderful staff teams of old servers and how that feeling inspired me to keep playing and enjoy the game with friends.
Tell us more about yourself (150 words minimum): I'm a father of a beautiful 2 year old baby boy, musician, and vr enthusiast. With doing life insurance in my state, being licensed for Alaska, Texas, and Iowa on the side, I work as a Cadre member/civillian contractor on the Military Instillation where I live. I gotta be honest, I wish there was more I could tell about myself but I try to keep it humble. I apologize I may not reach the 150 word requirement. I'd like to show more via my actions on the DarkRP server and thank you for taking the time to read meh ramblings.
