Non-Refundable Virtual Items
All virtual items purchased from Xerus Networks for use on our Garry's Mod server are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and Xerus Networks is not obligated to provide a refund or exchange for any reason.
No Chargebacks
Users are explicitly prohibited from initiating chargebacks for any virtual item purchased from Xerus Networks. Chargebacks not only violate our Terms of Service but can also result in the immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from our Services.
All Sales Are Final
All sales of virtual items are final. Xerus Networks does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, except as expressly stated in these Terms of Service. If applicable, at anytime, Xerus Networks is also capable of removing ranks or other virtual items, if abused or exploited, without compensation.
Lifetime of Virtual Items
The lifetime of virtual items is directly tied to the duration of the Xerus Networks Garry's Mod server. As long as the server remains operational, your virtual items will be available for use. In the event that the server is shut down or ceases to operate, Xerus Networks reserves the right to terminate access to virtual items without any obligation for compensation.
Changes to Terms
Xerus Networks reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of our Services after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
